This Little Piggy

This Little Piggy was born in 2014. Pulled pork didn't exist in Beirut, but my partner at the time loved to make it. So much so, he built his own smoker from scratch and dreamed of opening a restaurant someday.

I had a different instinct. At the time, I was a senior creative at JWT and spent my days building brands - so I built this one. A quick logo, social media pages, our signage and collateral, and we were ready to go.

We got buzz, got invited to Beirut's weekly street food market, and sold out week one. Then every week after. We collaborated with brands, were featured in blogs and magazines, locked in wholesale suppliers, upgraded to professional equipment, secured a kitchen, and I created, grew, and ultimately sold my first brand.
